We work to a hybrid model at scout which includes an uncapped commission structure.

How it works

Commission is uncapped, and paid at 15% of the hire fee (which is typically 2% of candidate's salary)

Whilst we don’t have firm targets in place at scout, we estimate average performance will likely lead to c.2 placements per month.

Our average fee’s to clients are c.£1350, so based on 2 hires a month we would expect c.£400 a month in commission, annualised at £4500-£5000.

However this is uncapped, and there will be opportunities to earn more.

**Whilst 'Officially' Commission goes to the person who has sourced the hire, we tend to find that the team opt for a 'sharing is caring' route, given that we work so closely with each other on sourcing.

Therefore typically 50% goes to whoever sources the candidate, and 50% to whoever has managed the process. If you happen to have done both, then happy days!**

Conditions

● Ad-Hoc Contingency hires (we sometimes take on the odd search!) are paid out under individual comms to the person who sources the hire, at 15%. ● Candidates must have started in their new roles before you become eligible for commission on hires.
