We operate on “Festive Season Hours” from the close of business on the final working day before the holiday period until the first working day in January. During this period, routine internal meetings are paused and employees may experience a reduction in day-to-day internal activity.
Where an employee is engaged on a client assignment during this period, these days will be treated as normal working days. If the relevant client suspends operations for all or part of this period, the employee may also cease working in line with the client’s closure, and will not be required to use annual leave for those specific days.
If the client continues to operate, the employee is required to remain available for work in accordance with their usual contractual hours and obligations. Employees may request annual leave during this period, subject to prior approval and in accordance with the time off policy.
