What is the Professional Development Budget?

The Professional Development Budget supports Scout employees with a subsidy towards the cost of expenses that support your talent acquisition career and professional development within recruitment

How much am I eligible for?

The Professional Development budget is £500 per year. The amount of the allowance that you start with is dependent on what time of the year you start at Scout and will be pro rated until Jan 1, when it will refresh and you will have the full amount until Dec 31 the following year.

What expenses are eligible for the Professional Development Budget?

There is no set list of eligible programs or activities. Any program or activity may be eligible if it provides facilities, classes, instruction, or support for enhancing either your TA professional development or career aspirations. This ranges from courses, training, workshops, or conferences that you feel would be beneficial to your goals.
