Our contracted core hours are 9 am to 6 pm but in reality we are much more flexible than that. We understand that people have different commitments in life and we let people plan their working days taking them into account. A lot of people in our team are parents and they have childcare responsibilities which sometimes means working different hours and we 100% support that.

We do also have responsibilities to our clients and must always make sure that they are made aware of any commitments during normal working hours with plenty of notice!
