We’ve created a progression framework so that everyone at Scout understands what is expected of them at each level and can plan their career growth. This can also act as a guide for managers and their teams in their weekly chats, probation reviews and formal reviews. It can also be used as a guide during our interview process to assess what level someone is at. The progression will evolve as we grow and more roles become available.
Our progression focuses on individual performance, team performance, values and Scout Code that we think are reflective of each role. While individual performance and team performance can differ depending on the role, we expect each Scout to be breathing and living our values and respecting the Scout code in the same way and this will be taken into account when promoting you.
